1. Principle of Magnetic Latching Relay--Introduction
Magnetic latching relay is also a kind of relay, but it has more stable performance than other relays, smaller size, stronger carrying capacity and so on. The magnetic latching relay is essentially an automatic switch that can automatically turn on or off the circuit. It usually relies on the magnetism of the permanent magnet to maintain a stable state. If it needs to change its state, it only needs to be excited by a pulse signal.
Second, the principle of magnetic latching relay
The contact of the magnetic latching relay is in a stable state under the influence of the magnetic force of the permanent magnet. If the switch state of the contact needs to be changed, it is only necessary to apply a DC pulse voltage to the coil. As shown in Figure 1-4, it perfectly shows the transition of the magnetic latching relay from the "reset" state to the "set" state.
3. Principle of Magnetic Latching Relay--Contact Form
In the circuit, a rectangular frame is used to represent the coil of the relay, and the symbol "J" is marked next to it. There are two forms of expression for the contacts of the relay in the circuit: one is to draw the contacts on one side of the rectangular box, and the other is to draw the contacts in their respective control circuits, and mark them with text symbols to perform the difference.
